Title: Retail Sales Executive / Specialist

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 + Incentives

Experience Required: 2-5 Years (Jewellery field mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling & Sales

Attend walk-in customers at showroom
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery
Drive sales and achieve individual targets

2. Product Knowledge

Explain product features, pricing, and designs
Stay updated with latest jewellery trends and collections

3. Sales Conversion

Convert inquiries into purchases effectively
Upsell and cross-sell products

4. Customer Experience

Build strong relationships with customers
Ensure premium showroom experience

5. Billing & Support

Assist in billing and order processing
Coordinate with backend team for stock and availability

Key Skills Required
