Title: E-commerce Specialist

Company: Kohira Lab Grown Diamonds

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience)

Location: Surat, Gujrat

Experience Required: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Management

Manage product listings on website and marketplaces
Ensure accurate product details, pricing, and images
Update inventory and stock regularly

2. Order Management

Process daily orders and coordinate dispatch
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
Handle returns, exchanges, and order issues

3. Marketplace Handling

Manage platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
Monitor product performance and optimize listings
Handle customer queries and reviews

4. Sales & Performance

Track daily sales and performance metrics
Work on improving conversion rate and product visibility
Support in running offers and promotional campaigns

5. Coordination

Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for order fulfillment
Work with marketing team for campaigns and ads
Ensure smooth backend operations

Key Skills Required
