Oizom is a Smart Air Quality Monitoring Solutions company offering data-driven environmental solutions for better decision making. Using sensor-based hardware, we monitor various environmental parameters related to air quality, noise, odour, weather, radiation, etc.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop impactful designs that communicate complex environmental data and brand messaging effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs that effectively communicate ideas, messages, and information to target audiences
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design brochures, social media posts, website graphics, presentations, infographics, standees, banners, and research documents
• Develop original illustrations, icons, and graphics for both print and digital platforms
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms
• Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop to maintain high-quality standards
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines
• Design logos, advertisements, brochures, posters, packaging, social media creatives, and website assets
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into creative design solutions
• Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other tools to create high-quality layouts and visuals
• Maintain and evolve brand identity including color schemes, typography, and visual style
• Adapt existing designs for different formats, platforms, and requirements
• Prepare print-ready files ensuring quality and production standards
• Support UI/UX-related design tasks including website layouts and user interface elements when required
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Canva
• Strong creative thinking and conceptual design ability
• Excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, effective visuals
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
• Good communication skills for interpreting briefs and collaborating with teams
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement mindset

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• UI/UX design exposure (basic website or interface design understanding)
• Motion graphics or video editing knowledge
• Experience in corporate or technical product-based design environments
• Knowledge of data visualization or infographic design
