About the Role

Are you an SAP BTP expert passionate about enhancing HR workflows? We’re seeking a skilled SAP BTP Developer to optimize and scale a live SAP SuccessFactors implementation. In this role, you will build custom applications on SAP BTP, seamlessly integrate with core HR modules and SAP Workzone, and deliver tangible improvements in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a fast-paced, post-go-live environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SAP BTP apps on Cloud Foundry using CAP/Node.js/Java backends and SAPUI5/Fiori frontends.
Integrate SAP SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding) using OData, REST APIs, and SAP Integration Suite.
Customize SAP Workzone role-based homepages, widgets, and dashboards for HR stakeholders.
Conduct unit testing, UAT, and performance optimization to ensure robust, reliable applications.
Collaborate with HR and business teams in agile sprints; document specifications, integration flows, and processes.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements to optimize workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills

3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry), SAPUI5/Fiori, CAP/Node.js/Java.
Proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting and Onboarding modules preferred).
Familiarity with SAP Workzone and Launchpad.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred / Standout Skills

Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, IAS/IPS authentication.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for SAP BTP projects.
HR domain understanding (Recruitment, Onboarding workflows).
SAP certifications in BTP, UI5, or SuccessFactors.
Agile and SCRUM experience.
