Role Overview

DR Associates – a pioneer and start-up consultancy service provider, is seeking a creative and result- oriented Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our visual communication and digital presence. This role blends design creativity with digital marketing execution, catering to professional and impact-driven audiences including NGOs, social enterprises, philanthropists, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Designing

• Design creatives for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X)
• Develop presentations, pitch decks, and SSE compliance-related visuals
• Create brochures, posters, banners, reports, and infographics
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication material
• Design visuals for events, hiring campaigns, webinars, and workshops

Digital Marketing

• Execute digital marketing initiatives for DR Associates’ services
• Manage and grow social media presence, especially LinkedIn
• Create engaging captions, basic ad copies, and campaign creatives
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as reach and engagement

Content & Campaign Support

• Coordinate with consulting and compliance teams to translate concepts into visuals
• Support email marketing, website visuals, and branding initiatives
• Assist in designing thought-leadership content and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (InDesign is an advantage)
• Understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing practices
• Basic video editing skills (Reels / Shorts) will be an added advantage

Creative & Soft Skills:

• Strong design sense and attention to detail
• Ability to simplify technical and regulatory content visually
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in an in-office setup

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and/or digital marketing
• Experience in consulting, NGO, finance, or professional services is preferred
• Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome to apply

Compensation & Working Hours

• Salary: Monthly Salary range Rs 20k-25k (consolidated), Female candidates residing near Satellite & Vastrapur area in Ahmedabad are preferred.
• Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Saturday: 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Sunday: Off
