Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Female Relationship Executive to act as the strategic bridge between DR Associates and social-sector clients across India.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about social impact. In this role, you will manage the entire client lifecycle—initiating relationships, understanding organizational goals, and guiding non-profits and social enterprises through their fundraising journey on the Social Stock Exchange. You will represent the firm with professionalism and integrity, ensuring our clients feel supported and valued.

Note: This role involves significant travel across India for client meetings, roadshows, and on-ground support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Strategic Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing strong relationships with decision-makers at NGOs, NPOs, and FPEs.
  • Needs Assessment:
    • Deeply understand client challenges and goals to align them with DR Associates’ capital mobilization solutions.

 

 

  • Retention & Satisfaction:
    • Maintain consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction and long-term trust throughout the SSE registration and IPO process.
  • Consultation & Advisory Support
    • Solution Advisory: Master the full spectrum of DR Associates’ services to advise clients on the most appropriate fundraising pathways.
  • Process Guidance:
    • Assist clients with eligibility assessments, documentation gathering, and regulatory clarifications.
    • Project Execution: Collaborate on the preparation of IPO launches, investor outreach activities, and compliance follow-ups.
  • National Travel & Field Engagement
    • On-Ground Representation: Travel extensively (independently or with the team) to conduct client meetings, workshops, and investor engagement activities across India.
    • Event Participation: Professionally represent the organization at roadshows, conferences, and stakeholder meetups.
  • Coordination & Reporting
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal documentation, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress reports, and follow-up schedules.
    • Leadership Support: Assist the leadership team in creating presentations and executing outreach campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile Mandatory Requirements:

  • Gender: Female Candidate.
  • Residency: Based in Ahmedabad (preferably Satellite / Vastrapur area).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently across India is essential.
  • Attitude: Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Communication: Exceptional spoken and written communication skills are non-negotiable.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to build rapport with diverse groups, including NGO trustees, corporate executives, and investors.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Professionalism: High emotional intelligence, professional etiquette, and a people-centric approach.

Education (Preferred):

  • Degrees in Marketing, MSW (Master of Social Work), or Development Studies are an advantage, though we value skills and attitude over specific degrees.
