Salary: 25k to 28K monthly (consolidated)
Working Hours : 10:30 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Friday) 10:30 am to 3:00 pm (Saturday)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Executive (Documentation & Compliance) to strengthen our compliance and documentation team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the social sector, strong communication skills in English and Hindi, and proficiency in computer and internet applications. This role is office-based (Ahmedabad only). Candidates residing near Satellite / Vastrapur area of Ahmedabad are preferred.
The Junior Executive will play a critical role in supporting compliance processes, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination with clients and regulators. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn new compliance frameworks in the social sector and grow within the evolving SSE ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Compliance Support
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing compliance documents for SSE registration and IPO processes.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of client submissions in line with SEBI and NSE/BSE requirements.
Maintain structured records of compliance activities and client documentation.
Client & Internal Coordination
Communicate effectively with clients in English and Hindi to clarify documentation requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (advisory, marketing, and leadership) to ensure timely completion of compliance tasks.
Provide updates and reports on documentation progress to senior executives.
Regulatory Learning & Adaptation
Stay updated on evolving compliance norms in the social sector.
Demonstrate eagerness to learn and apply new compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the firm.
Technical & Administrative Support
Use computer and internet tools to manage documentation workflows, trackers, and reporting templates.
Support the creation of compliance-ready presentations and audit materials.
Ensure digital records are maintained securely and systematically.
Desired Candidate Profile Mandatory Requirements:
Residency: Based in Ahmedabad.
Work Mode: Office-based only (no remote option).
Experience: Some experience in the social sector.
Language: Fluent communication in English and Hindi.
Technical Skills: Strong expertise in computer applications and internet usage.
Attitude: Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive in compliance-related tasks. Key Skills & Competencies:
