Digital Marketing Executive (E-commerce & Lead Generation)

Location: Tronica City, Ghaziabad / Delhi NCR
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive for a bag manufacturing company to drive lead generation, manage e-commerce platforms, and build a strong B2B presence on LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating bulk and corporate leads, managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, and executing digital campaigns to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate B2B and bulk order leads for bag manufacturing products
Manage and optimize seller accounts on Meesho, Amazon, and Flipkart
Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead nurturing
Create and optimize product listings (SEO keywords, pricing, images, descriptions)
Manage LinkedIn company page and personal branding for B2B growth
Conduct LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and build professional networks
Plan and publish regular content to enhance brand visibility
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups
Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho)
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
Experience in LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation
Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management
Basic knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar design tools (preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in bag manufacturing, promotional products, or similar industries
Knowledge of corporate gifting or B2B sales ecosystem
Target-driven and self-motivated individual
