Position: Sales Executive – AI Telecalling (High-Performance Role)

Location: PAN India

Role Overview

We are building a high-performance sales engine for our AI Telecalling solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in target-driven, high-activity environments and are eager to grow rapidly in sales.

Your primary responsibilities will include converting inbound leads into paying customers, maintaining high call volumes, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Schedule and conduct product demos for potential clients
  • Follow up consistently and proactively to convert leads into customers
  • Maintain daily activity metrics (calls, demos, conversions) and report performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales scripts and conversion rates
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and provide progress updates

Hiring & Onboarding Process

Phase 1: Virtual Assessment (Mandatory)

Candidates must submit a short video answering:

  • Why do you want to work in sales?
  • What is your understanding of AI Telecalling?
  • What is the difference between AI telecalling and manual telecalling?

Phase 2: 30-Day Performance Trial

  • Stipend: ₹10,000
  • Incentives: Bi-monthly payouts
  • Responsibilities: Full sales cycle (calls, demos, closures)

Performance Expectations:

  • 50+ demos conducted
  • 8+ deals closed

Phase 3: Full-Time Offer (Probation)

  • Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
  • Performance Incentives: Per deal closed
  • Tenure: 1-year probation

Expectations:

  • Consistent achievement of sales targets
  • High daily activity levels (calls, follow-ups, conversions)
  • Strong revenue contribution and deal ownership
