Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Hospitality Projects to drive business growth across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and converting high-value hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector (Hotels, Resorts, Luxury Villas)
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, hotel operators, architects, and consultants
Lead end-to-end business development cycles including proposals, tenders, and negotiations
Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets
Develop strategic partnerships with leading hospitality brands
Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities

Candidate Profile

6-10 years of experience in Business Development (Hospitality / Interior Design / Fit-outs industry)
Strong industry network with hospitality brands and decision-makers
Proven track record of closing high-value deals/projects
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Understanding of design, execution, and project lifecycle is an advantage
Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
