About Novasensa
Novasensa is a DPIIT-recognized deep-tech startup and a designated Centre of Excellence under the Government of India’s National Critical Minerals Mission at IIT ISM Dhanbad. The company works in clean energy, critical minerals recovery, and industrial sustainability.

Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales and partnerships across critical minerals and coal beneficiation platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage B2B pipeline from lead generation to closure
Drive meetings, negotiations, and deal execution
Maintain pipeline tracking and CRM records
Identify and engage suppliers, industrial clients, and partners
Develop relationships with key stakeholders
Engage with ministries, public sector units, and regulatory bodies
Present company solutions to clients and partners
Support technical-commercial discussions
Host client visits and site walkthroughs
Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
High ownership and execution mindset

Preferred: exposure to energy, mining, metals, or industrial sectors, experience with government clients, familiarity with CRM tools

Compensation & Benefits
₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Performance bonus (5%–15%)
ESOP eligibility

Work Details
Location: Delhi NCR (On-site)
Working hours: 9:30 AM onwards
Travel required
Immediate joining
