Position: International Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: 3–5 Years Salary: Up to 6 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven International Lead Generation Specialist with proven experience in generating leads for digital marketing services such as SEO, Performance Marketing, and Website Design & Development.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience targeting D2C and E-commerce brands across international markets, particularly the US, UK, and Australia. This role requires strong expertise in B2B outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and AI-driven lead generation strategies to consistently build a high-quality sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and build a pipeline of qualified international prospects within D2C and E-commerce industries.
Generate leads using LinkedIn, databases, directories, and other prospecting tools.
Qualify prospects based on business needs, marketing requirements, and outsourcing potential.
Execute cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling to engage potential clients.
Personalize outreach strategies to improve response and meeting booking rates.
Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into discovery calls.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international leads and opportunities.
Leverage AI-powered tools and automation platforms to scale lead generation efforts.
Design and manage workflows for automated outreach, lead enrichment, and follow-ups.
Continuously test and optimize outreach campaigns to improve performance and efficiency.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM systems.
Collaborate with sales and internal teams for smooth lead handover.
Track and analyze outreach performance metrics such as response rates, lead quality, and conversions.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in international lead generation or B2B sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Proven experience generating leads for SEO, Performance Marketing, and Web Development services.
Strong exposure to international markets (US, UK, Australia preferred).
Hands-on experience in cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar databases.
Experience with AI tools and automation workflows for lead generation.
Working knowledge of CRM platforms and outreach automation tools.
Strong research, communication, and negotiation skills.
