Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting software such as Tally and Marg, along with in-depth knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, and financial management. This role requires a professional who can independently handle complete accounting functions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and Marg software
• Handle GST filings, returns, and compliance
• Manage ECS transactions and banking operations
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and statutory requirements
• Prepare and maintain financial statements including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting
• Monitor cash flow and fund management
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Liaise with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and government authorities
• Ensure timely statutory and regulatory compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B. Com/M. Com)
• Strong knowledge of Tally and Marg software
• Good understanding of GST, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance
• Knowledge of audit processes and financial reporting
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
• Strong accounting and taxation knowledge
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities

Experience Required

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical or B2B industry preferred
• Ability to handle complete accounts independently
• Experience working with CA firms or audit teams
