Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator – Architecture to lead the development, coordination, and delivery of architectural BIM models across multidisciplinary projects. This role focuses on architectural coordination and delivery, with façade systems experience considered a strong advantage.

The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex BIM workflows across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination across Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Act as the primary coordination point between internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Manage clash detection processes, including issue identification, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings and ensure timely resolution of coordination issues.
• Review BIM models to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project standards and LOD requirements.
• Oversee architectural BIM deliverables and ensure alignment with design intent.
• Coordinate façade systems and ensure integration with structural and MEP elements.
• Mentor and guide BIM modelers and junior team members.
• Manage model exchanges, version control, and submissions.
• Maintain coordination reports, including clash reports and progress tracking.
• Identify workflow gaps and drive continuous improvement in BIM processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in BIM, with a focus on architectural coordination.
• Proven experience in handling multidisciplinary BIM projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, or BIM 360.
• Solid understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
• Experience working with LOD 100–500 models and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Knowledge of façade systems (curtain walls, cladding, glazing, GRC).
• Experience in Middle East projects (preferred).
• Knowledge of Dynamo or BIM automation tools (added advantage).
