About the Role

The Monarch Enterprises is seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Retail Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of innovative retail environments. This role requires a strong design sensibility, leadership skills, and the ability to translate brand identity into impactful customer experiences across retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of retail store designs and layouts.
• Create and present high-quality 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and design presentations.
• Develop detailed working drawings, GFCs.
• Oversee project execution and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to design standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and design teams.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, lighting, and retail fixtures.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.

Skills Required

• Strong expertise in retail store design, space planning, and visual merchandising
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design tools
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and display systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture Engineering
• 1–10 years of relevant experience in retail interior design

Compensation & Work Details

• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹90,000 per month (based on experience)
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
