Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Lead Conversion Executive who enjoys interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. This role involves handling inbound leads and ensuring a seamless and premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up on incoming leads (no cold calling).
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packages.
Schedule studio visits or virtual meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead data, follow-ups, and communication records.
Build a positive and premium client experience through calls and WhatsApp communication.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

0–3 years of experience in Tele-sales, Inside Sales, or Client Servicing.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (working knowledge of English preferred).
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
Strong follow-up discipline and sales-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
