Job Title: Vendor Operations Executive

Salary: Upto 3.6 LPA

Job Summary:

The Vendor Operations Executive is responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring accurate product listings, and supporting seamless backend operations. This role focuses on coordination, data management, and process efficiency without tele calling responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and manage vendor accounts in the system
• Create, update, and maintain product listings/catalogs
• Ensure accuracy of product data, pricing, and inventory details
• Coordinate with vendors via email or internal tools
• Monitor vendor performance and operational KPIs
• Maintain vendor documentation and records
• Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

Required Skills:

• Strong written communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or e-commerce
