Job Description

Job Description: Business Development Executive

Location: Rohini, Delhi (Hybrid)

Salary: 20,000 - 35,000 per month

Experience: 2-3 years in medical sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary sales responsibility including demand generation and product promotion.
  • Meet doctors and OT staff to promote product portfolio.
  • Deliver effective product presentations to customers.
  • Build long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Collect market intelligence and competitor data.
  • Ensure full doctor coverage as per company classification.
  • Execute sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Attend OTs as required.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain weekly reports.
  • Travel across India for training, meetings, and conferences.

Education Qualification

  • Graduate (Science/Engineering preferred)
  • B.Tech (Biotech/Biomedical) or B.Pharma preferred
  • MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage

Required Experience

  • 2-3 years in medical sales (consumables, devices, surgical equipment)
  • Experience working with doctors and OT staff
  • Strong networking within hospitals and distributors
  • Proven sales skills including lead generation and closing
