Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive - Recruitment

Location: South Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (9 hours)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Department: Human Resources

Salary: ₹25,000 – Rs.35,000 per month (Based on experience)

Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with recruitment exposure may also apply)

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive – Recruitment who will be responsible for end-to-end hiring activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, calling, interview coordination, and employee documentation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and hands-on experience in recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Understand hiring requirements from departments
  • Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal channels
  • Source profiles through portals, references, and databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calling
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

Candidate Coordination

  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, feedback, and offers
  • Follow up with shortlisted candidates
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Documentation & On boarding

  • Collect and verify employee
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters
  • Maintain employee files (physical and digital)
  • Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding process.
  • Joining Formality

HR Support

  • Assist in maintaining HR records and MIS
  • Support payroll inputs related to new joiners
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations
  • Good communication and calling skills
  • Familiar with job portals and hiring platforms
  • Basic knowledge of HR documentation and compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
