Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Submit bills and required documents at client offices

  • Onboard new vendors and complete necessary documentation

  • Visit transport markets to identify potential vendors and business opportunities

  • Collect vendor rates and RFQ (Request for Quotation) details

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors

  • Conduct market surveys to analyze pricing and service availability

  • Travel locally and outstation as required for business activities

  • Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to the office team


Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors

  • Good understanding of local market dynamics

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication

  • Relationship-building and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to travel and work in field-based roles


Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

  • Prior experience in field sales, logistics, or vendor coordination is preferred

  • Valid driving license is an added advantage
