About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor to lead and execute high-quality video production projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong storytelling skills, technical expertise, and innovative editing techniques to enhance brand communication across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end video editing across multiple projects

• Act as a Quality & Creativity Controller to ensure high production standards

• Review, refine, and enhance video edits for consistency, storytelling, and brand alignment

• Mentor and guide junior video editors to improve their technical and creative capabilities

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce engaging and impactful video content

• Develop and implement efficient editing workflows and systems

• Utilize and integrate AI tools to optimize video editing processes

• Ensure timely delivery of all projects without compromising quality

Required Experience

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in video editing

• Experience working with brands, agencies, or digital marketing teams

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and creative video projects

Mandatory Skills

• Expertise in video editing tools:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Adobe After Effects

  • DaVinci Resolve (or similar tools)

• Strong understanding of:

  • Visual storytelling

  • Video pacing & transitions

  • Cinematic techniques

• Experience in editing:

  • Advertisements

  • Social media reels

  • Corporate videos

  • Promotional & brand content

• Hands-on experience in:

  • Motion graphics

  • Color grading

  • Sound design

  • Visual effects (VFX)

• Practical knowledge of AI tools for video editing & automation (mandatory)

• Strong attention to detail with creative thinking
