Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Ocean/Air)

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth

  • Coordinate with the pricing team to prepare quotations and proposals

  • Maintain a solid understanding of freight services, products, and market trends

  • Negotiate with clients while ensuring profitability and service excellence

  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams for seamless delivery

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • 4–9 years of experience in sales/business development in logistics or freight forwarding

  • Basic understanding of ocean freight pricing & rate structures

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to build relationships and convert leads into business

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Ocean Freight / Air Freight sales

  • Exposure to international logistics and supply chain processes
