Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential dermatology clinics and modern trade accounts.
  • Drive new account acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding of partners.
  • Build strong relationships with clinics and accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term collaboration.
  • Manage day-to-day account activities, resolve queries, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular market insights, competitor activity updates, and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of sales experience in Pharma, Derma-cosmetics, or Retail healthcare.
  • Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR), Sales Executive, or Sales Manager is a plus.
  • Strong network in dermatology, cosmetology, modern trade or related healthcare segments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while driving business growth.
