Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential dermatology clinics and modern trade accounts.
Drive new account acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding of partners.
Build strong relationships with clinics and accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term collaboration.
Manage day-to-day account activities, resolve queries, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular market insights, competitor activity updates, and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

5-6 years of sales experience in Pharma, Derma-cosmetics, or Retail healthcare.
Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR), Sales Executive, or Sales Manager is a plus.
Strong network in dermatology, cosmetology, modern trade or related healthcare segments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while driving business growth.
