Job Description

Job Title: Manager - Accountant- Finance Manager

Compensation: CTC 3.5 to 5.5 LPA

Location: Rudransh Warehouse, Bagroda Road, Rapadiya, Bhopal, MP

Job Summary: The Accounts Head will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs to ensure efficient use of resources. Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations.
  • Taxation: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including GST, income tax, and other applicable taxes. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time. Liaise with tax authorities and manage tax audits.
  • Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal audits.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and provide financial insights. Communicate financial performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. (including CA-Inter and CA- Finalist who are no longer pursuing CA)
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Very High proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
