Job Title: Quality Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Executive responsible for ensuring quality control of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods. The role includes maintaining documentation, handling audits, managing customer complaints, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the implementation and monitoring of Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Testing

• Test incoming raw materials as per approved specifications and standards.
• Conduct testing of WIP materials and finished goods.
• Perform pre-dispatch/pre-delivery inspection of goods.
• Conduct performance trials and customer-specific trials as per test protocols.
• Retrieve, analyze, and maintain temperature data for trials and investigations.

Documentation & Record Management

• Generate and maintain testing records for raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain records in ERP/software systems.
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA).
• Ensure adherence to GDP (Good Documentation Practices) guidelines.

Customer & Audit Management

• Handle and respond to customer complaints.
• Prepare customer complaint investigation and response reports.
• Support system audits and customer audits.
• Participate in preparing audit response documentation.

Quality Systems & Compliance

• Monitor and ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Support regulatory compliance (ISO, GMP, and other global certifications).
• Participate in benchmarking quality parameters with global standards.
• Assist in ERP implementation for QA department.
• Contribute to streamlining and strengthening quality systems.
