Location: South Mumbai

CTC: ₹25 – ₹28 LPA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Head – Real Estate to lead site-level sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage channel partner networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, site operations, and business development, with proven experience in leading sales teams, closing high-value deals, and building strong relationships with developers and channel partners.

The role involves overseeing site sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience while ensuring the achievement of business targets and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve site revenue and growth targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Manage high-value client relationships and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Drive revenue growth and market expansion in the real estate segment.

Site Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth functioning of the sales office.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and operational metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and quality guidelines.
  • Improve process efficiency and operational productivity.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and channel partners.

  • Manage client onboarding, documentation, and post-sales coordination.

  • Resolve customer queries and escalations efficiently.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage sales teams, presales executives, and channel partners.

  • Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and coaching programs.

  • Define team performance metrics and monitor productivity.

Strategic Planning & Reporting

  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research.

  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and sales performance presentations.

  • Align sales and operational strategies with organizational goals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in driving site sales revenue in real estate projects.

  • Experience managing sales teams and channel partners.

  • Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and client relationship management skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
