Role Summary
The Cluster Manager – Sales will be responsible for leading corporate partnerships and CSR fundraising initiatives within the assigned region (Mumbai or Ranchi/Jharkhand). This role includes team management, driving revenue growth, managing senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of funded programs in collaboration with internal teams.
KeyResponsibilities
Lead and manage a regional sales/partnerships team, including goal setting, performance monitoring, and capability development.
Drive corporate, CSR, and institutional partnerships at regional and national levels.
Identify and develop new funding opportunities through CSR platforms, donor networks, and strategic outreach.
Design and present customized proposals aligned with corporate CSR mandates and ESG objectives.
Manage and grow existing partnerships through renewals, upselling, and long-term engagement.
Ensure timely sharing of impact reports, utilization certificates, and program documentation with partners.
Coordinate with program, implementation, finance, and MCE teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Represent the organization at corporate meetings, site visits, CSR forums, and industry events.
Plan, track, and achieve quarterly and annual fundraising/revenue targets.
Maintain strong CRM discipline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, pipeline, forecasts, and partner data.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
Graduates with relevant experience may be considered.
BSW / MSW candidates with proven CSR fundraising experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
More than 5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, CSR Fundraising, Institutional Partnerships, or B2B Sales.
Proven track record of managing partnerships valued at ₹50 lakh+ annually.
Demonstrated experience in team handling and people management.
Skills&Competencies
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
High proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Strong proposal writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Exposure to the education or development sector is an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel extensively for partner engagement and site visits.
Comfortable with field-based work.
Willingness to use a personal laptop during the initial six months.

Preference will be given to candidates with strong networks in the CSR
Knowledge of local language is essential for both states CM.
