Job Description

Job Title: Network & CCTV Technician

Location: Rishikesh, Uttarakhand

Experience: 2–4 Years

Salary: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3 LPA

Preference: Local candidates preferred

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Network & CCTV Technician with hands-on experience in networking infrastructure and CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should be capable of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks and CCTV systems (HD & IP cameras) while ensuring smooth connectivity and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networking infrastructure.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points.
Perform passive networking tasks including cable laying, crimping, patch panel termination, and rack management.
Install and configure CCTV systems (HD & IP Cameras).
Set up DVR/NVR systems and enable remote monitoring.
Diagnose and resolve network and CCTV connectivity issues.
Maintain proper cable management and technical documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for installation, maintenance, and upgrades when required.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking.
Experience with active networking devices (routers, switches, access points).
Knowledge of passive networking (UTP cabling, fiber optics, patch panels, I/O termination).
Hands-on experience in CCTV installation and configuration (HD & IP cameras).
Basic knowledge of IP addressing, networking protocols, and troubleshooting.

Education:

Diploma / ITI / Certification in Networking, Hardware, Electronics, or related field preferred.

Additional Requirements:

Candidate must have their own two-wheeler/vehicle for field visits.
Petrol expenses will be reimbursed by the company as per company policy.
