Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Corporate Car Rental / Ground Transport / Travel Management

Job Summary:

Reliable Cabs is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our corporate car rental and chauffeur-driven services across Mumbai. The role focuses on acquiring long-term corporate contracts, improving fleet utilization, and building strong client relationships in the B2B mobility space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Business Development
  • Acquire corporate clients, MNCs, consulting firms, BFSI, IT companies, hotels, and event agencies
  • Drive long-term contracts for daily rentals, airport transfers, monthly billing, and leasing
  • Handle RFPs, RFQs, and tenders from corporate clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and rate negotiations
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Act as single point of contact for assigned corporate accounts
  • Manage onboarding, service rollouts, and contract renewals
  • Upsell services such as dedicated vehicles, premium cars, lady chauffeur service, and night duty support
  • Revenue & Growth
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
    • Improve fleet utilization and reduce vehicle idle time
    • Expand wallet share within existing accounts
    • Internal Coordination
    • Work closely with operations, fleet, billing, and driver teams
    • Ensure SLA compliance, service quality, and customer satisfaction
    • Address escalations and resolve client concerns proactively
    • Reporting & Compliance
    • Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and MIS reports
    • Support billing accuracy, contract documentation, and audits
  • Key Skills Required:
    • Strong knowledge of corporate car rental & chauffeur-driven services
    • Proven ability to close B2B mobility contracts
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Understanding of SLAs, billing cycles, and fleet deployment
    • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
  • Existing corporate network in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane
  • Experience working with corporate travel managers or TMCs
