Job Description

HubSpot CRM Implementation & Automation Specialist (Contract Role)

Location: Pusa Road Office, New Delhi (On-site 5 days/week during initial phase)

Duration: 6–8 Weeks (Project-Based Contract)

Role Objective: We are seeking an experienced HubSpot specialist to design and implement a clean, scalable CRM foundation for our college admissions consulting business.

HubSpot will be used primarily for:

  • Lead capture and segmentation
  • Sales funnel management
  • Automation and follow-up workflows
  • Reporting and revenue tracking

Post-signup application management will be handled through our internal system.

The objective is to build a structured, future-ready CRM architecture and train one internal team member to independently manage and scale the system.

This is an implementation-focused role, not a routine CRM operations position.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Architecture & Setup

  • Design a structured sales pipeline tailored to high-ticket consulting
  • Define lifecycle stages and segmentation logic
  • Establish standardized data architecture and naming conventions
  • Ensure system readiness for future integration with internal platforms

Automation & Workflow Implementation

  • Build automated lead assignment logic
  • Create structured follow-up sequences
  • Configure consultation reminders and task automation
  • Set up re-engagement workflows
  • Implement lean and scalable automation (no over-engineering)

Reporting & Dashboard Setup

Develop dashboards for:

  • Lead source performance
  • Funnel conversion tracking
  • Revenue forecasting
  • Counselor performance metrics

Documentation & Training

  • Document CRM structure, workflows, and governance guidelines
  • Create SOP for internal CRM management
  • Train one internal CRM owner
  • Ensure clean system handover

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6+ years hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Strong CRM pipeline architecture and automation experience
  • Experience managing high-volume lead environments (300+ leads/month preferred)
  • Clear understanding of funnel design and revenue tracking
  • Ability to build scalable, clean systems with governance discipline

Preferred:

  • HubSpot Sales or Marketing Certification
  • Experience in education, consulting, or service-based industries

Compensation (Delhi NCR Market)

Contract Structure (Preferred):

₹1,00,000 – ₹1,75,000 per month
OR
₹1,50,000 – ₹3,00,000 total project fee (6–8 weeks)

Compensation will be aligned with:

  • Experience level
  • Complexity of implementation
  • Demonstrated delivery capability

Milestone-based payout structure available.
