Job Description

Job Title : Senior Architect

Budget: 40-45 LPA

Location: Delhi NCR (No Relocation)

Skills required:

  • Needs to be managing stakeholders of multiple projects
  • At least 5 Years experience as a E2E architect in Network Inventory and Orchestration products.
  • Should have experience in Inventory and Orchestration COTS products preferably Ciena Blueplanet (other COTS - Amdocs Cramer, Ericsson EAI, Netcracker)
  • Should be familiar with architecture review process
  • Should be aware of the cost benefit analysis of solution
  • Should be able to lead the stakeholder requirements
  • Should be able to work with the organizational structure to define the ownership of various features and projects
  • Should be able to articulate business value analysis to the executive leadership

MUST:

  • Minimum of 15-20 years of strong experience in Telco OSS domain (Fixed and Mobile) with at least E2E architecture
  • Exposure on Telco’s Networks-RAN, Core, Access, Transport.
  • Strong hands on experience in implementation of OSS Scenarios covering areas like Inventory, Provisioning/Activation, Order Management etc.

Good to have:

  • Telecom Certification
  • Knowledge of Enterprise architecture tools like Sparx.
  • Good understanding on sequence diagram, class diagram
  • Understanding on Agile methodology

Job description:

  • Run the Architecture review Board for OSS area along with the customer architects and business stakeholders
  • Ability to evaluate a product and solution based on the business value and justify to the executive leadership
  • Ability to determine the dependencies in the transformation program
  • Define and implement the blueprint by interfacing with different delivery and operations team
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical and organizational bottleneck for the implementation of blueprint
  • Ability to contribute to the capacity management and OPEX and CAPEX planning
  • Ability to synchronize the delivery of different projects to optimize the blueprint
  • Ability to lead organization change management for the rollout of the new technology in the operational environment.
