The Role:

• We are looking for a seasoned Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in Angular to join our product engineering team.
• As a senior individual contributor, you will lead the design and implementation of complex frontend systems that deliver seamless user experiences.
• You will be instrumental in shaping our frontend architecture, mentoring, team members, and driving technology choices that align with our product and engineering goals.
• Proficiency in Web Application Framework Angular is mandatory.

You will:

• Architect and develop scalable, maintainable frontend applications using Angular.
• Own and drive key frontend initiatives from conception to production.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Lead code reviews, establish frontend coding standards, and ensure code quality across the team.
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Stay current with frontend trends and advocate for best practices in performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Participate in architectural discussions and provide strategic input on frontend roadmap planning.

You have/are:

• 4+ years of professional frontend development experience using modern software engineering processes.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Angular Framework.
• You think critically about your work and ask questions to improve the product, not only on its technical implementation but also on how well it’s serving the users' needs.
• Experience in designing and building component libraries or design systems.
• You have built performant and scalable apps, made pragmatic tradeoffs, and can point to your prior work.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• When things inevitably break, you eagerly jump in to diagnose and fix the core issues.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup is a huge plus.
