Job Title: Business Head

Company: E Control Devices Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Faridabad (with travel as required)

Reporting To: Managing Director / Director

Salary: 45-50K (as per the experience& knowledge)

Experience: 10–15+ Years (3-5+ years of experience in Electronics Distribution / Industrial Solutions / Semiconductor domain and Minimum 2+ Years in senior leadership role.

Role Overview

E Control Devices Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Head to lead overall business strategy, revenue growth, key account development, and operational excellence across our semiconductor, thermal management, networking, IoT, and smart lighting solution segments.

The Business Head will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening OEM relationships, expanding market presence, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth across Semiconductor, Thermal, Networking, and Automation portfolios.
  • Identify new market opportunities (EV, Lighting, Industrial, IoT, Automotive).
  • Expand into new customer segments and geographies.

2. Sales & Revenue Leadership

  • Lead and mentor sales and application engineering teams.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, EMS, and system integrators.
  • Drive design-in opportunities and long-term customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and ensure consistent order conversion.

3. Brand & Principal Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with global principals (Panasonic, 3M, Teltonika, etc.).
  • Align company growth with principal business objectives.
  • Identify new technology partnerships.

4. Operations & Profitability

  • Ensure business profitability and margin improvement.
  • Oversee forecasting, inventory planning, and supply coordination.
  • Monitor cost control and operational efficiency.

5. Team Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Define KPIs and performance measurement systems.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and innovation.

6. Strategic Alliances & Expansion

  • Explore new product categories and emerging technologies.
  • Lead participation in expos, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Strengthen the company’s market positioning.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong B2B sales leadership experience

Experience Required

  • 10–15+ years of experience in Electronics Distribution / Industrial Solutions / Semiconductor domain
  • Minimum 5+ years in senior leadership role
  • Proven record of revenue growth and business expansion
  • Knowledge of Electronics Components / Semiconductor / Thermal / IoT industries

Educational Qualification

  • B.Tech / BE (Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation preferred)
  • MBA (Marketing / Business Strategy preferred)
