Job Title: Kitchen Staff

Job Description:

Maiz Mexican Kitchen is hiring a Kitchen Helper to assist in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will support food preparation activities, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure smooth kitchen workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in vegetable cutting and basic food preparation
Support cooking and order preparation as per standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Follow food safety and quality guidelines

Education Requirement:

Minimum 8th or 10th pass
Basic ability to read English is mandatory

Salary: ₹15,750 per month

Salary Payment Date: 5th of every month

Working Hours: 10 hours flexible shift, Paid weekly off

Benefits:

Overtime paid as per company policy
Meals provided
Staff accommodation available (₹750 per month)
Incentive eligibility after 1 month (up to ₹2,000 per month)
