Job Description

We’re hiring for Senior Service Management Consultant

Budget: 30-40 LPA

Experience: 12-15 yrs

Roles and responsibilities will include

Leading large-scale IT service, asset, and operations transformation programs
Define the enterprise roadmap for ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM
Architect CMDB and Asset Discovery solutions across:
On-prem environments
Multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc)
SaaS applications
Design and implement solutions using Jira Service Management
Drive customer workshops independently
Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
Establish governance models, frameworks, and standards
Mentor teams and drive adoption of best practices
