Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Dermatologist to join our aesthetic dermatology clinic in Adajan, Surat. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in anti-aging and non-surgical cosmetic procedures, with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced anti-aging and aesthetic procedures including:
  • Botox
  • Dermal Fillers
  • Skin Boosters
  • HIFU
  • Thread Lift
  • Other non-surgical aesthetic treatments
• Conduct detailed patient consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Diagnose and manage common dermatological conditions
• Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and adherence to clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation
• Stay updated with the latest dermatology and aesthetic advancements
• Work collaboratively with the clinical and support team to ensure a positive patient experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MD/DNB/DVD in Dermatology (recognized medical qualification)
• 1–2 years of experience in aesthetic dermatology
• Strong expertise in injectables and energy-based devices
• Good communication and patient counselling skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to ethical practice

Performance Metrics (KPI)

• PD to procedure conversion ratio
• Patient feedback and satisfaction scores
• Treatment outcomes and repeat patient visits
