Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations across platforms, optimize product listings, manage inventory and pricing, and drive consistent sales growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, marketplace expertise, and hands-on execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

  • Manage and operate seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Nykaa, and other platforms.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.
  • Coordinate with marketplace category managers and resolve account-related issues.

Product Listing & Optimization

  • Create and manage product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing, GST details, and HSN codes.
  • Develop and manage A+ content listings.
  • Optimize listings using marketplace SEO best practices to improve visibility and ranking.
  • Conduct SEO analysis to improve organic performance.

Pricing & Competitive Research

  • Research competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Plan and execute competitive pricing strategies.
  • Calculate product costing and ensure margin optimization.
  • Plan promotions, deals, coupons, and festive campaigns.

Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Run and optimize Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor key metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Improve ad performance to maximize ROI.

Sales & Data Analysis

  • Analyze daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Identify best-performing and slow-moving SKUs.
  • Forecast demand and plan replenishment accordingly.
  • Prepare performance dashboards and reports.

Inventory & Order Management

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Prevent out-of-stock situations during high-traffic sales events.
  • Track daily orders, returns, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.

Returns & Claims Management

  • Handle product returns and marketplace claims.
  • Resolve customer complaints and negative reviews.
  • Improve product ratings and overall customer experience.

D2C Operations

  • Manage product listings and sales on D2C platforms.
  • Ensure smooth website operations and order processing.

Senior-Level Responsibilities

  • Guide and support junior e-commerce executives.
  • Contribute to growth strategies and category expansion plans.
  • Improve processes through automation and structured SOPs.
  • Support revenue growth, margin management, and advertising spend optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Strong knowledge of major online marketplaces and D2C platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with A+ listings and marketplace SEO.
  • Good understanding of product costing and pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
