Salary: INR 8,00,000 – 10,00,000 per annum (CTC, as per experience & skill set)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager (Senior Manager level) to oversee the organization’s accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and financial controls. The role requires strong leadership, in-depth accounting knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audits
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and assessments
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls
• Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team
• Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to senior management
• Ensure strong internal controls and process improvements

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
• Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, or similar)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial analysis
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) – mandatory
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance
• Prior experience in a senior or managerial role preferred
