Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to manage project billing, cost control, and financial documentation for construction projects. The role requires strong expertise in construction billing, estimation, and coordination with site and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation, checking, and submission of RA bills and final bills
• Measurement and certification of executed work at site
• Preparation of BOQs, estimates, and rate analysis
• Monitoring project budgets, variations, and cost control
• Coordination with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients
• Verification and processing of subcontractor bills
• Maintaining accurate billing records and documentation
• Ensuring billing as per contract terms and specifications
• Supporting audits and preparing MIS reports for management

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of construction billing and contract management
• Expertise in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and estimation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/ERP software
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Billing Engineer in construction projects
• Experience in residential / villa / commercial projects preferred
