Job Title: Nephrologist

Compensation

Annual CTC: ₹66 Lakhs

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nephrologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients with kidney-related conditions, including chronic kidney disease (CKD), hypertension, electrolyte disorders, dialysis management, and renal transplantation. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to diagnose, treat, and manage renal pathologies while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases.
Provide treatment for patients with CKD, hypertension, glomerular diseases, and electrolyte imbalances.
Oversee and manage dialysis services, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
Evaluate and manage patients before and after renal transplantation.
Interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests related to renal function.
Collaborate with other specialists, nurses, and healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
Educate patients and families about kidney health, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Qualifications

Degree: DM (Nephrology) or DrNB (Nephrology)
Valid medical registration as per applicable regulatory authority.
Strong clinical expertise in nephrology and dialysis management.
Excellent communication and patient management skills.
