The problem We (confidential) is trying to solve is the first of its kind in India; you’ll be in the front seat of disrupting real estate using AI/ML/software. With the help of AI & ML, We (confidential) uses data from various channels across industries to predict apartment prices.
As a next-gen entity, We (confidential) is building systems capable of handling millions of GBs of data, which must be safely stored over the years to identify trends in the housing market.

ROLE SUMMARY
Our Property Sales team is responsible for selling properties available in our inventory. As a Sales Associate / Sr. Sales Associate, you are the first point of contact and the face of We (confidential) with respect to sales. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to provide ground insights and help scale sales operations.
You will be directly responsible for sales across one or more micro-markets in the city of Bangalore. Your role will be a combination of customer interaction and on-ground field presence.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Communicate effectively with customers, proactively reach out to potential clients, and diligently follow up on leads.
Establish and nurture relationships with Channel Partners (brokers) to generate customer leads.
Understand the unique needs of customers and identify suitable sales opportunities.
Respond comprehensively to customer inquiries and promptly provide additional information.
Stay updated on product and service enhancements to maintain in-depth product knowledge.
Manage and update the customer database in a structured and methodical manner.
Clearly explain and demonstrate the distinctive features of our products and services.
Stay informed about competing products and services and effectively position Ivy Homes.
Execute upselling strategies for our products and services.
Conduct research to qualify new leads.
Maintain a strong track record of closing sales and consistently achieving sales targets.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE?
1–5 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance sectors (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong enthusiasm for working in a target-driven environment.
Exceptional negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
A clear understanding of timelines and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
A proactive and persistent attitude with a strong drive to achieve objectives.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent memory and context management, as you will be handling multiple ongoing conversations.
Willingness to work a 6-day week. Weekends are working days, as maximum real estate activity happens on Saturdays and Sundays.
Willingness to travel within the Bangalore region.
