Position: Staff Nurse (3 locations)

Annual budget: 2.5 LPA. 

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing

Locations:

• Mahim (male candidate)
• Kemps Corner (male candidate)
• Panvel (female candidate)

Timings:

• No night shifts, shift timings may be either 8 am – 4 pm, 10 am – 6 pm, or 1 – 9 pm.
• Mondays – Saturdays

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:      

• Compliance of nursing manuals/protocols at all circumstances while on duty
• Following medical prescriptions/orders and providing holistic nursing care
• Complete hand over/takeover of her assigned patients including detailed patient and file handover
• Checks her special assignments like checking of crash cart, checking inventory, or any other assignment given by in-charge
• Plans, organizes, and delivers nursing care in a manner that upholds organizational values, healing, promotion of health and prevention of complications
• Maintenance of nursing records including nurse’s notes, charts, consents, and initial assessment data for all assigned patients as per protocols.
• Maintains continuity of care through clear and concise verbal and written communication with all departments, internal and external customers
• Reception and orientation of newly admitted patients assigned to him/her.
• Collects and sends all relevant documents duly completed to ensure speedy transfers or discharge process. Will accompany all critical & helpless patients.
• Performs nursing procedures as per set protocols in the department
• Imparts relevant health education to patients and families and documents of the same.
• Attends all in-service education programs and takes mandatory certification programs.
• Takes responsibility and accountability in professional advancement.
• Ensures consents are taken by doctor for the indicated procedures
• Adheres to grooming and disciplinary policies of the organization
• Informs any leave / duty requests to in- charge in writing
• Ensures timely and accurate entries in manual register and in HR spine at all times

Qualifications & Experience:

• GNM / BSc Nursing
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical oncology/ICU experience
