Job Summary

E Control Devices Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Performance Marketer who can drive high-quality B2B leads through data-driven digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid marketing, lead generation, analytics, and funnel optimization, preferably in electronics, industrial, or B2B sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta
Generate qualified B2B leads for OEM, EMS, industrial, and IoT customers
Manage search, display, remarketing, and LinkedIn lead-gen campaigns
Track and improve CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
Create and test landing pages, ad copies, creatives, and CTAs
Work closely with sales & product teams to align campaigns with business goals
Set up and manage Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking, and dashboards
Run A/B tests and continuously optimize funnels
Share weekly and monthly performance reports & insights

Required Skills

Strong experience in Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads (mandatory)
Hands-on knowledge of B2B lead generation
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console
Understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, CRM integration
Ability to analyze data and take actionable decisions
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in electronics / industrial / automation / B2B tech
Knowledge of SEO basics & landing page optimization
Familiarity with HubSpot / Zoho / CRM tools
