Position: International Business Development Executive

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Salary: No Bar for right candidates.

Job Description:

We are seeking an International Business Development Executive to expand our global customer base and generate export business for botanical extracts and nutraceutical ingredients, Phytochemicals & API.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new international customers and markets
  • Handle export/domestic inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders
  • Prepare quotations, product details, and commercial offers
  • Communicate with overseas clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings
  • Coordinate with internal teams for samples, documentation, and dispatch
  • Independent travel, Participate in online B2B platforms and international trade opportunities
  • Follow up on payments and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Support the sales & marketing team with market data, customer data, lead tracking, and sales reports as required

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, International Trade, or related field
  • 2-7 years of experience in export sales or international business (nutraceutical/pharma preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of export documentation is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
