Job Title: Senior Sales Head – Real Estate

Salary/ Budget: Confidential

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Sales Head who will take complete ownership of sales for the entire project portfolio, including Plots, Flats (Affordable & Other Residential) and Villas, from launch to final handover.

This is a leadership role with full accountability, heavy channel-partner involvement, and strong execution focus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Complete Project Sales Ownership

  • End-to-end responsibility of Plots, Flats & Villas sales
  • Manage sales lifecycle from lead generation, booking, agreement to handover
  • Ensure monthly targets and project-wise sales completion

2. Channel Partner–Driven Sales Model

  • Develop and manage a heavy channel partner ecosystem
  • Onboard, train and activate local & regional channel partners
  • Ensure consistent deal flow through brokers & CPs
  • Monitor CP performance and closures

3. Team Leadership & Hiring

  • Build and manage a 10–15 member sales team
  • Responsible for hiring & training sales staff
  • Day-to-day performance management and mentoring

4. Pricing, Schemes & Strategy

  • Recommend pricing strategy based on market demand
  • Suggest sales schemes, limited-period offers & inventory push plans
  • Align pricing & offers with management approvals

5. Marketing & Lead Strategy

  • Provide inputs for:
    • Site branding
    • Digital marketing
    • Print & outdoor promotions
  • Coordinate with marketing agencies to ensure quality lead flow
  • Convert walk-ins, investor enquiries & channel leads

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Report directly to Top Management / Promoters
  • Coordinate with:
    • CRM
    • Legal & documentation team
    • Accounts & handover team
  • Ensure smooth customer journey till possession

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience:

  • 10+ years in real estate sales
  • Strong exposure to Plots, Residential Apartments & Villas
  • Proven experience in channel partner–led sales model
  • Affordable housing experience preferred (Haryana / NCR)

Skills:

  • Strong leadership & team-building ability
  • Excellent Hindi communication (mandatory)
  • Working English proficiency
  • Target-driven, closure-focused mindset
  • Strategic thinking with ground-level execution

COMPENSATION

  • Fixed Salary + Performance-Linked Incentives 1 Lakh+
