Job Description

Immediately Required a Responsible & Dynamic Project Manager.

Location: Mathura Road - Prithla, Faridabad

Remuneration: As per candidate’s skills & exposure.

Key Skills Required

Good communication & documentation skills — ability to handle project reports, drawings & site follow-ups independently.
Good exposure to civil project planning, strong negotiation skills , contractor management, labour handling & on-site supervision.
Ability to manage civil designing & specifically for interior works, BOQ preparation, schedules, work progress tracking & coordination with vendors.
Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel etc.

Experience:

Minimum 7+ years in Civil & interior Projects / Construction Management.
Qualification: Preferably B.Tech / Diploma in Civil.
Age Preference: Preferably Above 40 Years.
Residence Preference: Faridabad / Palwal preferred.
