Job Description

Position: Content Writer (Brand Strategy + Business Storytelling)

Experience: 1-4 years (clarity and thinking matter most)

Location: Indore

Salary: 35k to 45k

Reporting to: Founder / Brand Strategist

Role Summary

Write like a business thinker. You will create strategy-aware content that founders trust: clear, structured, and solution-led (not fluffy).

What you will do

Write website pages: service pages, landing pages, and case studies.
Write SEO blogs on branding, packaging, D2C, FMCG, and business growth.
Write LinkedIn content in a founder voice: insight-led storytelling.
Write IG scripts/captions: strong hooks, simple language, clear CTA.
Support proposals, pitch decks, and brand narratives.
Turn messy inputs into structure: pain point to insight to solution to CTA.

Must-have requirements (non-negotiables)

Strong writing samples (published links preferred; attachments accepted).
Working understanding of branding, positioning, messaging, and business basics.
Clear founder-friendly writing: direct, confident, and simple.
You can simplify complex ideas into frameworks and strong headlines.
Basic SEO understanding: search intent, structure, on-page hygiene.
Submission policy: Google Drive links will not be reviewed

Nice-to-have (bonus)

Experience writing for agencies, startups, D2C, or FMCG brands.
Understanding of packaging, retail, and product storytelling.
Ability to plan content series and narrative arcs.
