Job Description

Position: Brand Designer (Brand Identity + Packaging Support)

Location: Indore

Experience: 1-4 years (flexible for exceptional portfolio)

Salary Budget: 35k to 75k

Role Summary

Design brand identities that look premium and work in the real world. You will translate strategy into identity systems, guidelines, and high-quality assets, with packaging support where needed.

What you will do

Create identity systems: logo suite, typography, color, grid, and visual language.
Build brand guidelines: rules, usage examples, and asset libraries.
Design client-ready brand decks and final presentation assets.
Support packaging design and produce polished mockups for case studies and social.
Collaborate with strategy to turn positioning and messaging into visuals.
Maintain craft and file discipline: consistency, alignment, naming, exports.

Must-have requirements (non-negotiables)

Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work (Behance/Dribbble/website).
Onsite availability in Indore (or ready to relocate).
Strong command of Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop (Figma is a plus).
Premium taste: typography, spacing, hierarchy, and detail.
Fast iteration on feedback without dropping quality.
Clear communication: you can explain decisions simply

Nice-to-have (bonus)

Packaging experience (FMCG / D2C).
Motion basics (After Effects) or advanced mockup skills.
Experience building social templates within brand systems
