Encorp Powertrans Pvt. Ltd. is a fast growing EPC company engaged in Railway OHE Electrification, Solar & Wind Power Transmission and distribution projects and Structural Erection Projects across India backed by state of art 40000 MTPA Manufacturing facility for Galvanized steel Structures.
Role Overview
The EPC Business Head will be responsible for end-to-end management of the EPC Division, ensuring business growth, operational excellence, financial profitability, and organizational development. This role demands strategic vision, hands-on execution, and leadership across multi-site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of all aspects of Project Operations from Mobilization to Closure.
Responsible for P&L of Projects Division and develop systems for Timely and Accurate Reporting.
Preparation of Annual Business plan and its Implementation with Monitoring/Review system.
Oversee Business Development Activities to Identify new Clients and New Potential Business Areas for Expansion.
Formulating and reviewing Strategy for Bagging New Orders with favorable Terms and Conditions.
Cash Flow Planning, Budgeting and Controlling Financial/Working Capital requirements.
Budget Setting, Monitoring and Optimization of Cost in line with Industry Standards.
Contracts Management, Letters, Meetings and Agreement finalization.
Monitoring on Time delivery with Quality to the satisfaction of the customer.
Monitoring of Field Activity and Ensure Safe Practices in line with EHS requirements
Conceptualizing and finalizing HR policies, put Checks and Balances and improves Systems and Process, Monitoring system and Reporting system.
Spearhead Implementation of Organization Role Clarity, Responsibilities and Goal Setting.
Organization Culture Building and Enhance Employee Engagement and Happiness.
Manpower Management, Assist in Hiring Right Manpower, Feedback, Implement Productivity Matrix and Benchmarking as per Industry standards.
Oversee Management of Site assets and Utilization.
Prepare Contractual Claims and Assist in arbitration/conciliation.
Oversee Timely Commercial Closure of Projects.
Ensure Healthy and Mutually Beneficial Vendor Partnership.
Objective
Current revenue 100 Cr per annum from EPC in FY 24-25
Target to get Business and execute EPC Division turnover of 150 Cr by 2027 and 250 Cr by 2028 with Net Profit of 8 percent
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PG Diploma in Project Management (preferred)
Skills
An EPC head needs a blend of technical, leadership, and project management skills. Key requirements include strong leadership, strategic planning, risk management, and financial acumen. Additionally, they must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, along with a deep understanding of the engineering, procurement, and construction lifecycle.
