Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (On-site only | No Remote / Hybrid)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Travel Requirement: Approximately 25% (on-role travel)

Qualifications

Graduate from IIP, SIES, or equivalent institute
Relevant educational background in Packaging Technology / Engineering / Materials preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for a Packaging Professional to join the Skin Cleansing Packaging Team. The role focuses on packaging development, data management, compliance, vendor coordination, and innovation, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate packaging data and documentation
Ensure adherence to organizational processes and packaging compliance standards
Create, review, and manage packaging specifications across multiple projects
Drive innovation initiatives for new and improved packaging solutions
Lead cost optimization projects without compromising product quality or performance
Conduct laboratory testing of packaging materials to validate performance and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for quality assurance and timely delivery
Plan and execute factory trials for new packaging materials and formats
Support continuous improvement initiatives in packaging development and execution
